4. Directory & Submissions
Agent listings and athlete profiles are user-submitted. We review submissions but do not endorse, vet, or guarantee the accuracy of listings. You are responsible for verifying any agent or athlete you contact through the platform.
5. Payments & Refunds
Purchases are processed securely at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible digital products.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, harass other users, or attempt to disrupt service. Violations may result in removal of listings and termination of access without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pro Sports Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
