• Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
• One refund per product per customer.

How to Request a Refund

Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order ID and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Directory listings, athlete profile submissions, and any free lead magnets are not eligible for refunds. Chargebacks initiated before contacting us may delay resolution.
